Outdoor Sauna Delivery Across the U.S.

Short answer: we ship Blazin saunas from our shop in Idaho Falls, Idaho across the United States. Pods, barrels, cubes, and the Timberline ship free to the contiguous U.S. The Teton and Blackwood arrive fully built, and their shipping is quoted by location and whether a crane is needed.

This page covers what's the same everywhere: what ships free, how long it takes, assembly, site prep, and warranty. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is quoted, not free.

What ships free, and what's quoted?

Pods, barrels, cubes, and the Timberline ship free to the contiguous United States. There's no freight line added at checkout on those models. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is quoted. What's included: Free shipping, what is included.

The Teton and Blackwood are quoted. They leave our shop fully built, so the shipping price depends on your location and whether a crane is needed to set the sauna on your site. Compare them: Teton vs Blackwood.

How long does delivery take?

  • Pods, barrels, cubes, and the Timberline: typically 4–5 weeks of lead time while we build your sauna, then 5–10 business days in transit.
  • Teton and Blackwood: lead time is confirmed with your quote.

Confirm the Availability line on the product page when you order. More detail: Delivery and lead times.

Do you assemble it?

Pods, barrels, cubes, and the Timberline ship for home assembly. You can build it yourself or add professional assembly for $1,250, and our own crew installs it. Our pro assembly team works nationwide. What to expect: Outdoor sauna assembly.

The Teton and Blackwood arrive fully built, so there is nothing to assemble.

How do I get my site ready?

  • A level, draining base, finished before delivery day (Foundation and electrical)
  • A clear path from the street or driveway to the base
  • A licensed electrician lined up if you choose an electric heater
  • For the Teton and Blackwood, room for delivery equipment and a crane if one is needed
  • Permits and HOA approval checked before you order (Permits and HOA)

In snow country, plan winter access to the door and the path. See Cold-climate saunas.

How are Blazin saunas built?

By hand in Idaho Falls, from Sugi cedar, by our team of six. Pods, barrels, cubes, and Timberline have 1 5/8" thick Sugi cedar walls. Teton and Blackwood are insulated cabins. Cabins are screwed together with stainless steel screws, with no glue in the cabin joinery and no plastics in the structure that off-gas in the heat. The Teton and Blackwood also offer Thermo Spruce or Thermo Aspen interiors.

Electric, wood-burning, or gas and propane heaters, and we can build with both wood and electric if you want both. Heat-up takes 30–60 minutes, depending on the size of the sauna. Compare heaters: Electric vs wood-burning heaters.
