Blazin Saunas builds outdoor saunas by hand in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Each one is made for your order, then shipped to your home, cabin, or ranch. We keep the build simple: Sugi cedar, stainless steel screws, and no plastics in the structure that off-gas in the heat. Pods, barrels, cubes, and Timberline have 1 5/8" thick Sugi cedar walls. Teton and Blackwood are insulated cabins.
Our story
We started Blazin Saunas in 2024 after seeing too many mass-produced imported saunas on the market. We wanted to build something here that would last.
Today a team of six builds every sauna in our shop in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
How we build
We build with Sugi cedar. The Teton and Blackwood, our insulated builds made to spec, can also be finished in Thermo Spruce or Thermo Aspen.
- 1 5/8" walls on pods, barrels, cubes, and Timberline. Teton and Blackwood are insulated cabins.
- No glue in the cabin joinery.
- Stainless steel screws hold it together.
- No plastics in the structure that off-gas in the heat.

Heat it your way

Getting it to you
Pods, barrels, cubes, and the Timberline ship free anywhere in the contiguous U.S., with a 4–5 week lead time and 5–10 business days in transit. You can put it together yourself, or add professional assembly by our nationwide assembly team for $1,250.
The Teton and Blackwood arrive fully built. We quote shipping by location and whether a crane is needed, and confirm lead time with your quote. Details: Delivery across the U.S.
