“Looked at multiple larger name brands before coming across blazin sauna. The quality of the blazin product was elevated from everything else on the market, even the sauna in my commercial gym.
Communication is excellent.
Customer service was 10/10. We endured a unique situation with the paid install option. Blazin handled all the issues. Blazin sauna took care of us when the contract installers cut many corners and daxton did everything he could, including sending a new complete unit to handle the situation.
I'd recommend this company and Daxton 10x over to anyone looking at a home sauna product.”

“Blazin Saunas and their family team built a custom wood burning Sauna and delivered and set in place an incredible Sauna. Great communication and amazing quality product. Any type of Sauna that you can think of if not a stock model this team can deliver on. They delivered to Knoxville TN and we have been using the Sauna for about a month now in which it has exceeded expectations. Easily reaches 170 degrees with some sprays of water the humidity level is perfect. Highly recommend Dax and his family to build your dream sauna.”

“We did a lot of research before we decided to hire Blazin Saunas. They checked all of the boxes we were looking for. We just used our unit for the first time yesterday. We absolutely love it. It’s beautiful and works great. From concept to install the whole process was seamless. Family owned business. Great communication. I would definitely recommend to any family and friends.”

“Blazin Sauna got me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend them if you’re interested in a higher quality sauna. A couple of small things. One was the shipping crate arrived totally destroyed and was missing a couple of pieces. Blazin Sauna did replace all the parts. Second was this company is a little hard the get a hold of at times but Dax did finally respond to phone calls and text messages. The third was no instructions if you’re not able to figure out how this goes together then this kit is not for you. Once things got sorted out I was able to construct the sauna. I did go with a wood fire sauna so there was a lot of parts for both. But overall this sauna is made of high quality lumber and the heater is top notch.”

“They delivered the sauna pre-built to my home and communicated very well. Even with some minor issues in the delivery process Dax did the right thing as a business and made all the issues right with me. They even introduced me to a local electrician in Spokane who was able to hook it up to my house.”

“This company embodies craftsmanship and professionalism. I’m someone who appreciates well built and hand made things. ... I was so impressed by their service- I live in Utah and this company is based in Idaho, with what I paid they custom built my sauna, trailered it to me and positioned it exactly where I wanted it. The customer service was amazing through the entire experience. Oh- on top of all that they also warranty their work. ...
Hope this review finds the right person so you can choose Blazin Saunas and be as stoked as I am! (Would give 10 stars if I could)”

“Bought their 6 person cube, fully assembled and delivered to me. Cost was less than similar non-assembled kits from big online sauna sellers. Their delivery crew worked hard to get it onto my deck. Quality materials and construction.”

“Blazin Saunas is excellent to work with. They are very friendly and helpful and their customer service is second to none. We love our 6 person sauna and use if often. The 8KW Harvia Spirit heater keeps it nice and toasty - hotter than we expected! Kuddos to the team at Blazin Saunas!”
