Warranty

Every Blazin Sauna is covered by a 3-year limited warranty against structural and manufacturing defects, starting on your confirmed delivery date. If something isn't right, email support@blazinsaunas.com with your order details and photos, and we'll take it from there.

Our team of six builds each sauna by hand in Idaho Falls from Sugi cedar, with stainless steel screws and no glue in the cabin joinery, and we stand behind that work in writing. Pods, barrels, cubes, and Timberline have 1 5/8" thick Sugi cedar walls. Teton and Blackwood are insulated cabins. The full terms are below.

All sales are final. Each sauna is handmade for your order in East Idaho. Defects are covered by our 3-year warranty.

01What's covered

Subject to the exclusions below, we warrant that your sauna will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential, rental, or commercial use for three (3) years from delivery. That includes:

Cedar structure. Defects in the Sugi cedar frame, walls, flooring, and joinery arising from our manufacturing (1 5/8 inch walls on pods, barrels, cubes, and Timberline; insulated walls on Teton and Blackwood).
Black metal roof. Manufacturing defects affecting its weather protection or integrity.
Factory-installed components. Defects that make the sauna non-functional under normal use.
Glass doors and windows. Defects in the tempered glass doors and windows we install.
Material failures directly attributable to errors in our build process.
Heaters and controls. Harvia, Huum, Scandia and Saunum heaters are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Our team will help you file that claim.

02What's not covered

Damage from misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper assembly or installation.
Damage from accidents, acts of nature, flooding, fire, or other external forces.
The natural character of cedar: variation in grain or color, and gradual weathering over time.
Cosmetic wear such as surface scratches, fading, or discoloration that doesn't affect function.
Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs by anyone other than Blazin Saunas or an authorized service provider.
Normal wear and tear from regular use.
Damage from not following the care, maintenance, or operating instructions provided.
Damage from incompatible accessories, attachments, or third-party components.
Transit or shipping damage, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (see Section 03).
Products purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers.

03Shipping and carrier damage

This is a manufacturer warranty, so it covers defects in our materials and workmanship, not damage caused in transit. If your sauna arrives with damage caused by the shipping company, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We'll work directly with the carrier on your behalf to resolve it, whether that means a freight claim, replacement parts, or another fair fix, and we'll see it through with you.

04How to file a claim

Email support@blazinsaunas.com. All claims must be submitted in writing and include:

Your full name and contact information
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Your delivery date
A detailed description of the defect or issue
Clear photos or video showing the problem

We typically respond within a few hours, and no later than 2 to 3 business days. We may ask for additional photos or documentation to evaluate your claim.

Please don't ship or return anything without our written authorization first. Unauthorized returns can't be accepted. Wherever possible, we'll resolve things the fastest, least disruptive way, often with technical support or replacement parts shipped directly to you.

05What we'll do

If a claim is approved, our sole obligation, at our discretion, is to:

Repair the defective component or portion of the sauna;
Replace the defective component with a new or functionally equivalent part; or
Replace the unit entirely, if repair or partial replacement isn't feasible.

We're not responsible for costs beyond that direct remedy. The following remain the customer's responsibility:

Labor, installation, or contractor fees of any kind;
Electrical work, wiring, or circuit upgrades;
Removal, disposal, or reinstallation of the sauna;
Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

About assembly: Teton and Blackwood arrive fully built and are covered as our workmanship. For other models, if you choose our optional professional assembly, that build is covered as our workmanship for 3 years from the assembly date. 06Who's covered, and for how long

This warranty extends to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies to products bought directly from Blazin Saunas or through an authorized Blazin Saunas dealer, and it covers residential, rental, and commercial use.

Coverage begins on the confirmed delivery date and runs for three (3) consecutive years. Claims submitted after the period expires can't be honored. We may request proof of purchase and delivery confirmation to verify that a claim falls within the covered window.

07What voids this warranty

This warranty is void if any of the following apply:

The product has been modified, altered, or repaired by an unauthorized party;
The product was purchased from an unauthorized reseller or unofficial channel.

08Legal terms

Disclaimer of implied warranties.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY BLAZIN SAUNAS. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. BLAZIN SAUNAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

Governing law. This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Some jurisdictions don't allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by location.

Entire agreement. This document is the complete and exclusive warranty agreement between Blazin Saunas and the original purchaser, and supersedes any prior verbal or written representations. Blazin Saunas may update this warranty at any time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your coverage.
