01 Our Promise to You

At Blazin Saunas, we hand-build every sauna in East Idaho from sustainably harvested Sugi Cedar and premium, trusted components. We're proud of that work, and we back it up.

This 3-Year Limited Warranty is our commitment to you, the original purchaser, that your sauna will be free from structural and manufacturing defects for three (3) years from the date of delivery, under normal residential use. It applies only to saunas purchased directly from Blazin Saunas. Please read the terms below so you know exactly where you stand.

02 What's Covered

Subject to the exclusions below, we warrant that your sauna will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for three (3) years from delivery. That includes:

• Cedar structure — defects in the 1 5/8 inch Sugi Cedar frame, walls, flooring, and joinery arising from our manufacturing.
• Black metal roof — manufacturing defects affecting its weather protection or integrity.
• Factory-installed components — defects that render the sauna non-functional under normal use.
• Material failures directly attributable to errors in our build process.
• Harvia heater & controls — covered under Harvia's manufacturer warranty, which our team will help you facilitate.

03 Who's Covered

This Warranty extends solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies only to products bought directly from Blazin Saunas and is valid for personal, residential use only. Commercial, rental, or shared-facility use isn't covered.

04 What's Not Covered

To keep coverage fair and clear, this Warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper assembly or installation.
• Damage from accidents, acts of nature, flooding, fire, or other external forces.
• The natural character of cedar — variation in grain or color, and gradual weathering over time.
• Cosmetic wear such as surface scratches, fading, or discoloration that doesn't affect function.
• Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs by anyone other than Blazin Saunas or an authorized service provider.
• Normal wear and tear from regular use.
• Damage from failing to follow the care, maintenance, or operating instructions provided.
• Damage from incompatible accessories, attachments, or third-party components.
• Transit or shipping damage — which must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery (see Section 6).
• Products purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers.

05 Our Remedy

If a claim is approved, our sole obligation — at our discretion — is to:

• Repair the defective component or portion of the sauna;
• Replace the defective component with a new or functionally equivalent part; or
• Replace the unit entirely, if repair or partial replacement isn't feasible.

We're not responsible for costs beyond that direct remedy. The following remain the customer's responsibility:

• Labor, installation, or contractor fees of any kind;
• Electrical work, wiring, or circuit upgrades;
• Removal, disposal, or reinstallation of the sauna;
• Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

06 How to File a Claim

If something isn't right, reach out to our team. All claims must be submitted in writing and include:

• Your full name and contact information;
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt);
• The date of delivery;
• A detailed description of the defect or issue;
• Clear photos or video showing the problem.

We typically respond within a few hours, and no later than 2–3 business days. We may ask for additional photos or documentation to evaluate your claim. Please don't ship or return anything without our written authorization first — unauthorized returns can't be accepted. Wherever possible, we'll resolve things the fastest, least disruptive way, often with technical support or replacement parts shipped right to you.

07 Warranty Period & Start Date

Your coverage begins on the confirmed delivery date and runs for three (3) consecutive years. Claims submitted after the period expires can't be honored. We reserve the right to request proof of purchase and delivery confirmation to verify a claim falls within the covered window.

08 What Voids This Warranty

This Warranty is null and void if any of the following apply:

• The product has been modified, altered, or repaired by an unauthorized party;
• The serial number or product identification has been removed, altered, or made illegible;
• The sauna has been used for commercial, rental, or non-residential purposes;
• The product was purchased from an unauthorized reseller or unofficial channel.

09 Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

10 Governing Law

This Warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Some jurisdictions don't allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by location.

This document is the complete and exclusive warranty agreement between Blazin Saunas and the original purchaser, and supersedes any prior verbal or written representations. Blazin Saunas may update this Warranty at any time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your coverage.
