Blazin Saunas Limited Warranty

Blazin Saunas warrants that its sauna products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 3 years from the original date of purchase. This Limited Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage

Blazin Saunas will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part or component found to be defective within the warranty period. The warranty covers materials and workmanship, including but not limited to heaters, controls, and structural components.

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:

  • Improper installation, misuse, abuse, alteration, or negligence

  • Warping of the wood or accidents

  • Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or damage caused by environmental conditions

Additionally, Blazin Saunas offers an optional Bluetooth speaker feature for enhanced user experience. However, wear and tear or damage due to misuse of the Bluetooth speaker system is not covered under this warranty.

Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must email us at blazinsaunasco@gmail.com within the warranty period. Proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and product serial number, must be provided. The Company may require additional information or documentation to process the claim.

Resolution Options

Upon validating the warranty claim, Blazin Saunas will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement of the defective part or product. If a replacement is deemed necessary, the Company will provide a comparable product or component.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blazin Saunas' liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or component. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or any other economic losses.

Disclaimer

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Blazin Saunas and supersedes any other warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
