The Teton and Blackwood are our insulated builds, made to spec and delivered fully built, not as a kit. Both are handmade in Idaho Falls by our team of six, for traditional heat, not infrared.

The quick facts: Teton comes in sizes from 5′ × 6′ to 8′ × 10′; the 5′ × 6′ seats 4 and the 8′ × 10′ seats 10. Blackwood comes in 8′ × 10′ and 8′ × 15′, with an attached private changing room. Both are fully customizable. Prices and options are on each product page.

Who Teton suits
Households that want a fully built cabin in sizes from a 4-seat 5′ × 6′ to a 10-seat 8′ × 10′, with a choice of LP SmartSide or cedar siding. Configure it from the live Teton product page.
Who Blackwood suits
Buyers who want a changing room attached to the sauna, lighting inside and out, and control over the window, door, bench, and room layout. Open both product pages side by side and compare inclusions and Availability on the Blackwood page.
Site prep
You still need a level, draining base and clear access for delivery, including room for a crane if one is needed. Electric heaters need a licensed electrician and dedicated outdoor circuit planning; wood packages need clearances and venting. Start here: Foundation & Electrical. Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the Teton and the Blackwood?

How many people do they seat?
The Teton 5′ × 6′ seats 4 and the 8′ × 10′ seats 10. The Blackwood 8′ × 10′ seats 6 to 8 and the 8′ × 15′ seats 12 to 14. Part of the Blackwood is the changing room.
How much do the Teton and Blackwood cost?
The product pages list the Teton from $18,095 (5′ × 6′) and the Blackwood from $30,995 (8′ × 10′). Both are at their regular price; the $1,250 sale on pods, barrels, cubes, and the Timberline does not apply. Confirm on the product page.
Is shipping free on the Teton or Blackwood?
No. Both arrive fully built, and shipping is quoted for your location, including crane placement if your site needs it. Free contiguous U.S. shipping applies to pods, barrels, cubes, and the Timberline.
Do I need to assemble them?
No. Both arrive fully built, so there is nothing to assemble and no assembly fee. You need a level, draining base, clear delivery access, and a licensed electrician for an electric heater.
What heaters can I choose?
The Blackwood offers electric, wood-burning, or gas and propane heaters. Heater options for the Teton are chosen when you plan your build by phone, and wood heat is available on request (ask us). Ask us about your local rules before choosing wood.
How long does it take?
Build and delivery timing for the Teton and Blackwood is confirmed with your quote.
Prefer a kit? Pods, barrels, cubes, and the Timberline are $1,250 off the regular price until we are booked up and ship free in the contiguous U.S. Compare the two paths in barrel vs pod vs cube, or see the clean build and warranty.
