The kW in each name is part of the option name on the product page. Each sauna lists the heaters picked for that cabin, so start from the sauna you want rather than from a heater.

Harvia KIP: dial or WiFi

The KIP is the Harvia option on most of our kits. The dial version has its controls built into the heater per its product page. The WiFi version, per its product page, comes with the Harvia Xenio WiFi controller and works with the MyHarvia app, so you can adjust the temperature, check the heater, and schedule sessions from your phone. Shop the dial model on the KIP dial product page.

Harvia Spirit: WiFi built around a curved stone heater

The Spirit has a curved design, and on our sauna pages it is always a WiFi option. Its product page lists the Xenio WiFi controller and MyHarvia app support. If you are torn between the two, Harvia KIP vs Spirit lays out the choice.

Virta and Club on the Timberline

The Timberline is the one kit that lists the Harvia Virta and Harvia Club, both WiFi models, alongside the KIP dial and Spirit.

Wood heat: the Harvia M3

Electric is where we suggest starting, on its own circuit run by a licensed electrician. If wood fits your site, the Harvia M3 is listed on the 4 Person Barrel, XL Barrel, and Timberline. Its product page lists sauna stones, protective bedding, a protective sheath, an insulated chimney kit with an extension, and installation components in the package. The Teton and Blackwood can also be built with wood heat, the 6 Person Cube can have it on request, and pods do not come with a wood-burner package. We also build dual-heater saunas with both wood and electric. Wood smoke and burning rules are local and vary, so before picking wood, check your local rules and ask us. Gas and propane heaters are available by request: call, text or message us to set it up.

How hot a Harvia-equipped sauna gets

On the product pages, 175-230°F is the listed range for the heater that comes with our pods, Pod Mini, cubes, the 2 Person Barrel, the XL Barrel, and the Timberline. For the 4 Person Barrel, Teton, and Blackwood, ask us. Our outdoor sauna temperature guide goes deeper.

Buying a Harvia heater on its own

Our Heaters collection also carries Harvia heaters sold separately, including the Vega and Wall dial models and the Legend 150 wood-burning stove, along with the KIP, Spirit, and M3. We use Harvia heaters in our saunas; Harvia is a separate company, with its head office in Muurame, Finland.
